The event is organized by the Research Institute of Development and European Affairs (RIDEA) and Balkans Policy Research Group (BPRG) and supported by Royal Norwegian Embassy in Kosovo. The event will be held in Prishtina on April 5, 2018, at Swiss Diamond Hotel (Dyar Hall) starting at 09:00.
